“I appreciated the comfortable chair to sit in besides the desk chair. I also really appreciated how bright the lights over the sink in the bathroom were. It made it much easier to put on makeup and get ready in the morning. I also appreciated the grab bar in the shower and that it was near the front edge of the shower instead of on the back wall. As an older person with accessibility challenges it really made it easier to get into and out of the tub to shower.”

“I found the business office computer to be difficult. It kept giving me error messages while I was trying to get my emails. The room did not feel as well maintained as other hotels we have stayed in. Some things were just a bit off..The hair dryer only had one speed; The towels were in an inconvenient place for showering; just minor things, but proved aggravating.”
