“The breakfast was good the building was molded you can see that when you pull up they had a roach in bugs in they pool I had to get someone to get it out but the person was very helpful the rooms you could smell the mold in the room but it was a good stay I would recommend ppl if they don't have a problem with mold.”
“The guy couldn't find my reservation, he call the manager they didnt seem to care and no one tried to fix it, every hotel in new orleans was booked , was almost homeless in a hotel came up on hotels.com so i went there, the staff didnt apologize or anythime thanks fairfield staff for not caring.i really travel a lot and was very disappointed with fairfield and booking.com”
