We all went up to the rooms, changed into swimming suits and relaxed in the pool and hot tub. Great showers...a must when travelling. Soft beds, clean!! and well maintained. Breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. Staff was quick to refill items and maintain the area as guests finished up.”

“Staff and hotel were fantastic! Enjoyed the stay! Booked 2 rooms. Downside was that I was overcharged a week later for an extra room. Noticed this on my credit card bill. I called the hotel and spoke to Cristina. She was fantastic....figured out the problem immediately, acknowledged and sincerely apologized for the error. Said I would get the refund immediately. To my surprise when I checked, I was refunded twice the amount. Spoke to Cristina and she confirmed this was for the inconvenience they caused. Wow! Amazing.......Fairfield has just won a customer for life!”
