“It's hard to give this property a detailed rating because we used this property for a specific purpose that caused us to be in-and-out on a very short time frame. We used this hotel as a place to "land" after we got off a very late night flight into Boston. Generally speaking, everything went well, we were treated graciously and with efficency by the staff even though it was the middle of the night... we had a good clean, comfortable room for the few hours we were there, a good breakfast, and checkout was smooth and easy. No complaints at all.”

“I was delighted with the Fairfield Inn as it is a hidden gem within the suburbs. We stayed there as my nieces basement was not ready for our visit and I picked a nearby hotel. First impressions were excellent. The staff worked hard to accommodate us as my sister wanted to stay overnight on our second night. Nothing was a problem for them. They are flexible to the guests needs. Always with a smile. We met a number of staff and the housekeeping staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are soft. I thought the cost of the hotel was reasonable especially converted to the low Australian dollar. Their home made baked cookies baked later in the afternoon are yummy. Definitely go back there again. Thank you for a great stay.”
