“Rooms are new and fresh but has no lift for old people. Staff are very helpful. Inspire of my request while booking to give room in first floor, paying 50% of my stay bill in advance as promised by them. I got it after protest on the day of my landing with my 80 yrs old mother. This is unfortunate for me. The nearby places are good, thane east station is very much near and markets are near to the hotel. Breakfast served is bad. Overall good for individual but meals etc you have to arrange yourself. There are good hotels like Twins Veg. Etc.”
