“The position of the hotel was excellent, close to designer shops and restaurants. We walked to most of the sights close by and used the train when going further across the city. The staff were friendly and approachable they helped with directions and gave us a map to use. We had an issue with the sofa bed in our room and we were moved straight away to a room on the 8th floor with fantastic views of the bay of Naples. The lady running the breakfast room was particularly helpful and friendly towards us and spoke good English.”
“Alessandro was incredible, every day a new place to try, not very expensive but true neapolitan food, nothing fancy, jut good food. Location was great, safe location great shopping, Palazzo Real walking distance, Sansevero museum is a must see, Mattozzi Pizzeria, Umberto ristorante, high end shopping all in walking distance. Driving to the hotel was difficult but if you drive in Rome or Naples you can drive anywhere, although car is not need it for the city. must see Pompeii, and vesuvius, need good walking shoes and be in shape is a hike but worth the trip, you can see the entire city of Naples. Castello do Ovo also is a nice stroll through the ocean front, ask Alessandro he will give all info. breakfast every morning is a must, great coffee and service.”

There are quite a few breakfast places around so ordering breakfast at the hotel is definitely not mandatory. The hotel room was a nice size with a separate sitting area, and the room had a safe. Cleaning crew did a very good job; they even folded our pajamas!”
