“The management and staff were MORE than helpful and accommodating. We had accidentally booked the wrong dates and the hotel staff took care of EVERYTHING ! They did not charge us any more and they called Booking for us!! THEY WERE SIMPLY AMAZING !!!!!!! Most places would have turned us away and said there was nothing they can do since we booked via third party but NOT Exe Laietana Palace... !! I would go here EVERYTIME we visit Spain!!”
