“Good location, front staff very helpful, good if you want to use the sky train system, particularly for airport transfer. apartment style rooms are very spacious, AC was fine ( but I agree with prior comments, a little noisy but you can adjust both temperature and fan speed). Tip: a luggage courier service is available, so consider sending your suitcase ahead and it makes sky train trip to the airport very convenient. They don't tell you this, but the courier pickup point for your luggage is close to the skytrain exit ( which is basement level at the airport).”
“Very good hotel witch we used only for 1 night. It's very close to the sopping area (10 min walking to MBK shopping center). The room we had was big, very comfortable and with king size bed (received an upgrade to junior suite).”
“We were provided a so called upgrade from what we had booked online. The upgrade was a view of the pool. The pool view did not allow for any privacy when the curtains were open because those at the pool could view us walking around the room through the window. Additionally, the pigeons would constantly fly from a neighboring building to the pool to drink water and bath themselves. Not much of a room upgrade.”
