“The hotel was great, the reception was warm and welcome. The facilities were sufficient to keep us busy and help relax after time on the slopes. This applies to the accommodation side. Outside restaurants are excellent and not much more expensive than adding the 20 CHF per person for dinner in-house. The location of the hotel to the ski station is excellent and it is also near the little train. Management was responsive in helping resolve some issues to help the stay be comfortable.”

“This is a spacious hotel. Room was almost the size of a suite compared to other ski hotels.You can reach all shops and restaurants with a short walk. There is also a bus stop in front door and the next stop is Roc d'Orsay telecabin.”

“Breakfast was good, but a bit dull for vegetarians, and lovely cheese. Room was big and comfy, with a big balcony and a beautiful view over the valley and many mountains. The bed was OK, but I have no idea why they make the bed in such a weird fashion, every morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful.”
“The reception staff were excellent: polite, friendly, good humoured, and welcoming. I received a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. The room was spacious, airy, and took full advantage of the spectacular views on the south-west side of the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of quality foods. The fitness room had a nordic machine, a treadmill, three stationary bicyles, and a large multi-station machine, but no free weights. The free local travel card would have been a great benefit if my work schedule had permitted me to make use of it.”
