“The breakfast was ample but bland. The breakfast area got pretty dirty every morning and the staff didn't try very hard to keep up with the cleaning and service in the area. The front desk staff were business appropriate but not friendly. They weren't rude they just weren't welcoming. Many hotels you stay at you feel like you just got home as the staff are outgoing and friendly...ES staff at this location were not. Did not offer greetings or conversation when entering the lobby, kept their heads down and ignored the people comign and going. Seemed unusual for a high end hotel or any hotel really. I also dislike the way when you ask a question they point out that you didn't book directly through them...”
