“Embassy Suites are reliably comfortable, clean, and have great beds and breakfasts. They usually cost less than $200 a night. My bathroom was filthy - I showed the manager pictures when I check out after first night and he was seemingly upset/called engineering. The bed was not particularly comfy. What is going on?”
