“Mattress dated. Bathtub had scum ring. Toilet too low for elderly. Telephone buttons did not function properly, ie couldn’t get wake up button to work, alarm clock stuck on 6AM and wouldn’t allow change. All together, our stay was like camping out and not at all worthy of the charges.”
