The manager’s reception and free breakfast were better than I expected. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The lobby has great areas for relaxing while listening to the waterfall. I did not go to pool or exercise room so cannot speak about them.”

“I was on crutches having foot surgery recently, and EVERYONE was kind, helpful, from the front desk to the staff in the breakfast area, Tammy, Tamika, brought me ice bags, MY BREAKFAST, a gentleman brought my bags to and from the room, which the room was fabulous! This comes from whoever runs the whole Hotel, because it starts from the top. Kudos to the Management for training a professional, caring staff. I will definitely stay there again whenever I return. I was born and raised in Cleveland and come "home" often. Thank you very much, Linda DeVito”

“Bedroom was great and good size. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were given, love that. Living room area was so nice and made you feel like an apartment. Tv was high quality. Food was great especially the free hot breakfast. The staff was awesome and friendly. The pool was clean and very relaxing. It's absolutely beautiful on the inside! They even had 2 pool tables to use and that was really cool. Happy hour each night for 2 hours and you pay nothing for a drink and they gave snacks too. I can't say enough about this hotel. If we go back there to visit, no doubt we will pick embassy suites again!!!!”
