  • Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

• Cards accepted at this property
  • Elite Hotel accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

• Check-in
  • From 14:00 hours

• Check-out
  • Until 12:00 hours

• Children and extra beds
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • One older child or adult is charged MYR 25 per person per night in an extra bed.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • All children are welcome.
  • There is no capacity for cots in the room.
  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • Free!Up to three further children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing beds.

• Important Notice
  • A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
