“This we a quirky hotel, on arrival the reception seemed dark, but the receptionist was very helpful. Our room was of a good size well equipped and very comfortable. On the Saturday night we ate in the dining room. The service was good and the meal enjoyable. The hotel is well positioned in the centre of Pangbourne. I would not hesitate to use the hotel again”
“Comfortable, individually decorated rooms. Ours was very nice, with an eclectic decor. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was good but very narrow with dim lighting. Room was very quiet. Public areas were really nicely decorated. Ate in bar area. Food was good but service was a little erratic. Breakfast was served in the restaurant; a beautiful room. Waiter seemed a little unsure of himself.”

Tv in the room was helpful to drown out the outside noise.Hairdryer was great (2000w). Nicely decorated throughout the hotel, andspacious whilst feeling cosy.”
