We arrived and required to change rooms because our initial room (although beautiful) had a flight of stairs which was going to be super dangerous for our adventurous bub. This request was met with ease, it was no problem at all and the staff were amazing and so accommodating. From here, the level of customer service was maintained as exceptional throughout the entire stay. It was absolutely perfect. Not only was the food in the restaurant awesome, the pool and cabanas were our absolute favourite. We will definitely be back.”

“Just the general feel of the place is wonderful. The staff are eager to please and well-trained. Not a swimming beach but most picturesque and good to walk along. The restaurant is over, as is the menu. The swimming pool is just about perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, private and generous. And the gym was actually useful - good equipment, well-maintained.”
