“The room was clean, very good breakfast and the food and cocktails in the restaurant were delicious. Location was perfect with direct access to the beach. WiFi signal was excellent in our room, they had 2 access points on every floor, you just have to make sure to select the closest one. The staff was very helpful, although only one of them spoke English, but this is very common for Brazil I guess :) My phone slipped from my pocket in the taxi to the airport, and the staff helped us identify the driver and I managed to get the phone back before my flight :)”

“We stayed in Elegance Flat for 5 days. As far as the staff goes, it could not be better! Big thanks to Moises and Macio at the reception and to Katy and Selma in the restaurant who not only were great but also made the BEST tapiocas I have ever had (do try them!!!) Room was clean and comfortable, great a/c, beautiful view from our balcony and great location - close to loads of bars and restaurants in Ponta Negra! :)”
