“We liked the location of the hotel which is a little out of the town and a short way from the sea. We were only at the hotel for an evening as we were on the way to catch the ferry back to England, but we took the opportunity to take a walk up to the cliffs and through a wood to Colunga beach. It's a little up hill at times but nothing too strenuous. If you wanted to spend the day at the beach there are quicker ways to walk or drive. The hotel itself has a lot of local character and our room had a good unobstructed view of the mountains. There was a good choice for breakfast which we ate outside on the patio. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay at the hotel and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.”
