“Fantastically kept hotel with loads of charm and class. Okay it's very expensive but they do spoil you rotten and everything was excellent including the fresh and plentiful breakfast. It's very Victoriana in its decor so there's not a lot of colour in the rooms but the wallpaper, bedding and carpets are top quality. All the staff are delightful and do their utmost to make you feel valued.”
“We absolutely loved our stay here. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room services were excellent. Room was very comfortable and private and exceptionally clean. Bar was always a fun place to start or end your evening. The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the South Kensington Station. We had the Oyster Card so traveled all over London on the Underground tube and enjoyed the whole experience of traveling like true Londoners. “Mind the Gap”!”

“An excellent hotel in a prime location. The staff were friendly from the moment we checked in, and the room was super. Some sweet touches such as little gifts left on our pillow at night and the waiter getting gluten free biscuits to go with my cup of tea. We didn't want to leave! We will certainly be returning.”
