“The staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful. Language wasn't a barrier because they were so keen to understand what one needed. The hotel was also very clean, the balcony of my room was spacious enough to be really enjoyable. The location is brilliant - walking distance from the bazaar, Konak Meydani Square and all the main attractions. Bus stop for the autogar was right outside the door (helpful tip to bus travellers: you need to purchase a bus ticket for the autogar in advance from the metro station, probably Basmane).”
