“Staff were lovely, very helpful. Room was clean bed was comfy.”

“It was out of town so nice & quiet with lovely garden. Breakfast was lovely as were the waiting on duty that morning.”

“I reported toilet door with no inside handle to close also toilet seat very lease . The attitude of the reception gent was that it was good enough I asked him if he would be satisfied with it in his home he said it was good enough and did not send anyone to even look. Very poor and stupid ,my wife hurt reh finger on the door ,he ignored that,also the loose seat . Some presentation to our foreign tourists. Facebook can cause a lot of damage today, so advise reception to please look into complaints by guests, for that is what I was at 120pounds for the night,thank you”
