“The staff on reception were so helpful, they booked us taxi wherever we needed and even when we couldn’t get a taxi back from the racecourse we called the hotel and they called and sorted it for us. They were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.”
“We had standard rooms which were quite adequate with comfortable beds. The complimentary teas, coffees and toiletries were well stocked. The food in the restaurant was of a good standard and 3 of our party had fillet steaks which were well cooked according to their preferences. Staff in the restaurant were helpful and very cheerful (particularly a young waitress called Shannon who impressed us all with her personality and helpfulness).”
