• Important Notice
  • Please note that due to renovations at Concourse C, Terminal 3 - we are experiencing significant levels of noise pollution at our Hotel Levels in Concourse C. We therefore encourage our valued guests to opt for Accommodation choices in Concourses A or B instead.<br><br>Guests must be in Transit to Access the Hotel. Upon arrival, please do not pass through Immigration &amp; Customs and exit the Terminal.<br><br>Hotel Guests have no access to and cannot retrieve their checked in luggage while staying in the hotel.<br><br>If guests are arriving to the Dubai International Airport from Dubai City, they must be checked in to a flight to Access the hotel. Please check with the Airline the earliest time our guests are able to check in.<br><br>If guests are arriving to Terminal 2, we request that they do not exit the Terminal and pass through Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). Guests will have to go to the Transfer Desk and use the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to gain access to Concourses A, B or C.<br><br>Please note that debit cards should not be used when confirming any reservations at the hotel.<br><br>Please note that for all non refundable and pre paid bookings &#x2013; the credit card used to make the booking would be required for validation upon check-in.<br><br>Hotel guests can move between all four (04) concourses A, B, C and D (Airside), however the Dubai International Hotel is only located inside Concourses A, B and C of the Dubai International Airport. If our guests are arriving and departing with only an Emirates Airlines flight, you might not be allowed access into Concourse D.<br>Please note of the following gate numbers of our Hotel Receptions:<br>&#xF0A7; Concourse A: A1 or A24<br>&#xF0A7; Concourse B: B14 and B22<br>&#xF0A7; Concourse C: C15 and C17<br><br>Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.<br><br>Baby Cots (for children 02 years old and below) are available without any extra charge but are subject to availability. As per a new international law, we can no longer provide blankets, bumpers or pillows along with Baby Cots. If our guests wish to have these items, then they will need to bring their own.<br><br>Check Out time is based on the actual check in time. A Maximum 24 hours stay duration is applicable per one night reservation made at the hotel.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Dubai International Terminal Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p>
