“I was unaware that if I booked through Book.com that I would not receive Hilton points. I was not recognized as a Hilton Honors member at this property and I was not placed on the Hilton Honors floor which from past experience is much nicer than the other floors. You need to make it very clear that you will not receive hotel points if you book through Booking.com. I am reconsidering if I will use booking.com again.”
