“The bed was very comfortable as well as the comforter and pillows. The shower had great pressure and the room's overall cleanliness was great. The staff was fantastic and check in/out went quickly and smoothly. The breakfast buffet was delicious.”
“The best was the view from my 25 th floor room, facing NY Times Tower and uptown. Cozy room, a bit crowded yet functional and clean. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good, had a quesadilla and a cheesecake, both very good and decent priced. The personal was very nice and efficient: had a problem with the unit heating and it was solved in less than 10 mins, i was allowed a late check out and received breakfast tickets though it was not included in the room price. Location is between 8th and 9th avenues, a bit away from the main action, yet very close to everything. The advantage is that you get to hear less noise than usual, while being 5 mins away from Herald Square, Times Square, Penn Station. Easy access to F metro line that goes to JFK airport (station is 3 mins away from the hotel).”

“The room was lovely and clean everyday the cleaner came in and did an excellent job as in New York your so busy trying see everything you rush out but the cleaner cleaned the room which made it feel great to come back to. I loved the people and service was great the bed was comfy the room was cosy would definitely stay again and the price was excellent for being in time square south the hotel was clean and full of friendly people. It was also very warm feeling food was nice and it was in the heart of everywhere to travel.”

“Nothing for the facilities; location is great and the staff but the hotel is extremely uncomfortable and difficult to get a good rest at night due to the bad conditions, claustrophobic feeling in the room.”
