“Welcome cookie on arrival, quick check in, a very clean room equipped with lots of coffee and various teas, all toiletries included, good size comfortable bed, iron and iron board, tv, warm room. Good size for the two of us and a good view of London from the window. It was my birthday and they bought a birthday dessert to the room which was a nice touch too. Excellent hot buffet breakfast as well.”
“Well the hot cookie on arrival is always welcomed. Our room was not ready so we had a drink at the bar, as it was a Friday afternoon the wait was a little longer than we hope, but we did get a nice room. The breakfast was very enjoyable.”

“From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with warm hazelnut and chocolate cookies! The reception desk noted that it was my wife’s 30th that we were celebrating and upgraded our room!!! And then we received a knock at the door and she is greeted with a chocolate brownie to celebrate her birthday!! The room was very clean, tidy, the shower was amazing! Breakfast was exceptionally good and the waiters couldn’t do enough for you! This hotel made our weekend of celebrations extra special and we wouldn’t hesitate in booking again! We would certainly recommend it to everyone we know as well!”
