“The evening manager - Robert? - was very pleasant. There were still ladies working on my floor when I went to my room - they were friendly and greeted me with smiles. I ordered room service for dinner -- the meal and drinks were served promptly. Everything was hot or cold as should be and tasty. Breakfast was super delicious --- I usually opt for coffee and a bagel or something. This time I got the breakfast with my room. Eggs and bacon cooked perfectly. Coffee hot and just right. Grits -- just a teeny bit runny but very good flavor. The server was so nice.”
