“STAFF: Really helpful and friendly and make you feel so at home. They absolutely make this hotel! A warm cookie upon check in was a wonderful touch. HOTEL: Everywhere spotlessly clean, all communal areas really cozy and welcoming. Free wifi. LOCATION: Well situated in middle of city within walking distance to most sights. PARKING: Go to Q Parking Dale Street (on Vernon Street L2 2HJ), which is just across the road and £10 overnight if you pay at the hotel (if not it'll be around £19!). Plenty of spaces and feels safe. There's also an NCP there which costs around £16. FOOD: Absolutely amazing, really tasty and enough of it to be full without being over faced. ROOM: I was in a Hilton Honours room on 7th floor which was spacious, clean and homely. I believe other rooms are more luxurious, but I'd only booked the standard kingsize. GENERAL: Great hotel, really recommended and as I said, the staff really were the unique selling point of this place!”
