“Rooms are spacious and nicely rennovated. Although the bathroom was very tiny, the shower was very nice! Great downtown location, close to restaurants, bars and the casino. If it wasn't winter it would be walking distance to everything.”

“I really appreciated the staff person on the front desk. Her name was Deine & she made the wait for my room very comfortable. She always had a smile during my stay & was very informative about the facilities offered by the hotel & Regina. I received a warm cookie on checking in & got to vote on the staff pumpkin carving. It can be lonely travelling by one's self & the entire staff, especially in the restaurant/bar area ,always had time to chat. The food was excellent & many choices. They made me feel less alone. The figure skating was amazing.The extra elevator security made me feel safer.”
“The entire stay was fantastic. My only disappointment is with the listings for the property. Booking.com has too many choices on the site for the same location i.e. refundable/nonrefundable, supposed "free" breakfast or parking but really it is just tallied in the cost of the room. Plus once you get to these sites the have amenities "barred" from third party bookers and only allowed for their "loyal" guests.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, large and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was perfect for us, and there was even a Starbucks for the day we were too rushed to eat at the buffet. We loved the ambience of the foyer. We were amazed by the service we received from Deine at the front desk. She went above and beyond and made us feel right at home. She is so good at her job! Can't say enough good things. Only drawback was the bathroom was small but it didn't bother us.”
