“We arrived two hours before check in (had requested when booking) and after a few anxious moments at the desk we where happily checked in. Thankfully as my 94 year old Mom needed to rest before attending her Great Grandson's Eagle Award Ceremony. Never saw or smelled any warm cookies! Coffee in the lobby? The pot was empty both times we tried and no one around to ask for assistance. Our room (201) was in the same area a group of youthful girls were having a weekend. About a dozen of them sitting in a circle on the floor outside our room laughing and very loud. Doors banging, etc. Not very peaceful.”
