Front desk Murat and trainee ceren were excellent, i booked a tour and the guide was really unprofessional, murat didnt make excuses, listened to my reasoning and agreed and a full refund. Very professional approach. Facilitiea were good and rooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the metro and tram. Walking distance to major tourist attractions.”
