“Nice, old style hotel. Great location. Views from most areas in hotel overlooking a beautiful man made lake with water fountain. Right at the Bürgerpark, therefore perfect for walks or a jog. Close to city center. Great breakfast rooms. The rooms in the two wings (not main building), are newer and therefore in better condition. These ‘newer’ rooms are very nicely and tastefully designed. Spa/ pool/ gym area nice. Most of the staff friendly.”

“Very high class hotel, friendly staff and - rare: really, really quiet: no noise from adjoining rooms or the hallway. The hotel is located at the edge of a big park, meaning the surroundings (and the view) are wonderful too. The junior suite (an unexpected upgrade, thank you!) I stayed in was roomy and luxurious to a huge degree with lovely furnishings. The atmosphere and style are classic and opulent. The usual tourist hotel, this is not.”
