“We only stayed at the property for the one night but it was very nice, clean and comfy. We stayed at this hotel as it is only a 10 minute walk to the immigration office where we extended our visa. The staff were extremely friendly and made photocopies for us at no extra cost. The manager/owner was really lovely. His English is fantastic as he lived in Australia for 12 years previously. If you are getting your visa extended its worth staying here and moving on. If you speak to the staff at reception they can also recommend hotels in Chiang Mai centre once your ready to go into the city. This hotel has wifi that is more then adequate for using with your phones or tablets. If you are like us however and require high speed wifi for hosting conferences/webinars then the Internet is not fast enough”
