“I was in Lisbon for 3 nights with my mom and sister.The property is very well located, close to bus routes and metro. The staff was always friendly and helpful, they even went the extra mile for my mom's birthday - they left a box of chocolates, a pen and a card for her in the room when they found out it was her birthday.They gave us a 4 bed room even if we paid for a triple, and the room was always cleaned and the toilet had 2 showers and all the toiletries included. There is a hairdryer and an ironing board in the room.Breakfast was superb - a huge variety of savoury and sweet food, fruit and good coffee. I would definitely use this property again when back in Lisbon. Highly recommended!”
