“Stayed twice and both experiences were great! Both the rooms I stayed in were modern, clean, had a great air conditioning unit (both for the heating and cooling), nicely-sized bathroom and a huge, comfortable bed. The location is walking distance to the town centre, restaurants, shops etc. Also, the staff are fantastic! Even though they don't really speak English and my Portuguese is far from perfect, they were friendly, patient and very helpful with any requests or issues I had. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection (after all this is a small-medium sized hotel), but it's nicely prepared and gets the job done. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Farroupilha.”
“To try and say one thing was better than another at this hotel would be the hardest thing for me to attempt. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I was greeted by the staff like a VIP! The bed was as comfortable as any I have ever slept in, and the breakfast still served a great cup of coffee in addition to a varied assortment of fruit, cold-cuts, scrambled eggs, and pastries! The owner frequently greeted his guests, and set the example for his well-trained staff! I left reluctantly, and am already planning my next visit!”
