“Staff was super friendly. We were a family of 3 and our first room was a bit small. So we asked next day to see another room. Mr. Tilemahos was very kind and showed us another room much more spacious which we of course changed to. He was very polite and helpful through out our stay. All staff was polite and ready to assist us. Young and eager to engage in a discussion even with our 7 year old son. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of choices. Very pleasant spaces to relax around the complex. Will visit again!”

“The view from Hotel Despotiko is outstanding, parking is excellent, breakfast is superb. The building is updated with great air conditioning in room and well appointed bathroom. Brought my kids and the lofted room had two singles above a queen. Very convenient with a space for each person (three of us). The restaurant immediately across from the hotel's front entrance is the best we encountered in Portaria although all are good. I recommend the pasta (fresh). This is my second trip to Portaria and Hotel Despotiko is a real gem and great value.”
“Bed was comfortable.clean. nice room. Beauriful view.need to learn hiw to get by the traditional road that leads to the hotel. Need to be a very good driver for that. Breakfast can be improved by home made specialties”
