“The room was very hi tech and comfortable, but quite small. The door and only windows were beside the door and look out on an outdoor hall, so you had to keep the draps closed. It was like being in a cave. I asked if there were any rooms that were larger with more of a view and I was told that this was the only type of room in my category. Since we were there only 2 days and didn’t spend much time in the room, we didn’t make a big deal about it. When we left yesterday, l spoke to the person at the desk and I think if I had complained, we might have gotten a better room. The advertised room looked larger. Now the room rate was fairly expensive at about $350. So I felt a little taken advantage of.”
