“Hotel is located in the center of financial district. very close to the metro and you can walk through hotel to get there. Beautiful view from our room on 25th floor. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna room. We will definitely come back again.”

“It was overall a nice hotel, but everything was very overpriced and not worth the value. My husband and I booked the room for our birthday. First of all, when we arrived they said they had oversold our room and gave us a room of lesser value (I wouldn't of spent that much anyways if I knew they oversold rooms like that). In compensation they gave us free breakfast, but to be honest the breakfast is also overpriced. With tip it was about $70 for two for a very simple buffet breakfast that wasn't anything special. Can you imagine, $70 for breakfast?! For corporate travel I think this would be a great hotel, but if you just want to hang out at a hotel for some relaxation I think you can book something for better value.”

“All of the staff we encountered were very professional, helpful and super friendly. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant, great portions and great value. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Right below the CN tower and overall everything was great except a couple room items. One, some folks would like but I did not. The beds were super soft. Too soft, with a foam/pillow top that held heat so you roast and it hurt my back because your body sinks into the pillow top. I prefer a firm mattress and really did not sleep well either night. Again, some folks would love that, likely younger folks. ;-) The other item was there was no in-room refrigerator or microwave. A microwave was brought up on request, kudos for that, but the lack of a small fridge meant we had to create a make-shift cooler from the ice bucket and some plastic bags to keep the kid's drinks cold. Had we known we would have brought a cooler. All in in all, fantastic location, very clean facilities, and overall great place. Highly recommend it.”

“great location, excellent connection to the UP train. Parking not managed by hotel and not offering in and out privileges for the $35/daily that it costs. On site restaurant very expensive and food not worth of the price they charge. Staff is very attentive, housekeeping needs improvement in making beds. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night in the whole building due to a not real emergency caused by hotel guest who set it off; this made my stay less enjoyable even if not hotel's fault.”

“The front desk, concierge and luggage staff were all very good. I forgot to present a voucher at an evening meal giving a $10 reduction so the following day I asked if I could present the voucher. This was handled promptly and without any questions. Brilliant! The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Toronto.”
