Clients who have difficulty climbing steps are advised to contact the property before making a reservation.<br><br>Please note the only way to reach the island is through a 20' minutes Satena flight or by Catamaran in two hours and a half.<br>Please note the property offers a slow internet connection in the lobby. During poor weather, connection will fail.<br>The property advises clients to book their transportation to the island well in advance, as at the last minute it is frequently difficult to find availability on the flights.<br><br>The property also advises all clients to obtain a travel insurance to cover them in case of cancelation.

“We loved Deep Blue. It might be the most upscale property on the island, but it still has a super relaxed vibe. Most of the island is relaxed -- seems they have steered away from corporate development which is what makes Providencia so special. The people are friendly and kind and they have maintained a pristine environment. The hotel is certainly upscale, but not fussy or pretentious. You have to relax any rigid expectations you have of "5 star" resorts because it is the local feeling that makes everything so wonderful. That said, they run an exceptional hotel with all the comforts and service you need.”

“The hotel is lovely, the infinity pool is lovely and gives a wonderful view of the sea and its colours. The room and bathroom and its contents are upmarket. The shower has no door but you cannot see from the bedroom. The restaurant is across the road in front of the sea. Shuttle provided to other beaches. Welcome drink was lovely. I would definitely stay again and I'm hoping to.”
