“breakfast was very good. the staff was excellent. When I checked in Brad was the person who handled it. I also saw Jay who fixed my laptop. Bill one of the owners was there every day, and each one of these people was very helpful. Brad looked for apartments for me and did that without me asking him so thought that was great. Spoke with Bill everyday and very helpful and kind as were all of the staff. Housekeeping was also good. I checked out on the 12th day with Mike another owner who also seemed very nice. Do not know but think it would be hard to find any other place in Prescott that had all staff being that friendly and helpful especially for 12 days. Definitely would stay there again if in Prescott.”
“room was very comfortable. liked experiencing split system since I'm considering using those in apartment remodels. couple things to note: this unit was recently remodeled. contractor didn't do a very good job on shower floor, sliding glass door handles to shower were on backwards. recommend separating bath light from bath fan. all warm air from unit heater always goes up through vent even when not taking shower. Bed and all other accommodations were great. well done”
