“Although it was hard to actually find the hotel (turned around at the ‘no entry’ sign even tho you can actually go through it, we were met with a warm welcome!! Can’t rememeber the women’s name, maybe Jenny? I think? She was really nice, and a laugh! We were there for a wedding and she was just really good! She deserves a pay rise!”

“I frequently stay at this hotel and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite and cheerful. The cleanliness of the rooms and easy well lit parking are huge pluss's for me, I always feel safe here being a solo female. This time, I reported to staff on leaving, that the bathroom in room 114 had a cracked sink and that the bed was harder than I have experienced in other rooms in this hotel. My remarks were duly noted and I am sure will be acted on. I will be returning and look forward to being greeted with the usual smiling faces!”
