“Got to our room and beds had hair in the sheets and crumbs. Bathroom may not have been cleaned as toilet paper roll was half used. Told the staff and had to walk around for 10 minutes while they changed the sheets on ONE of the two beds. Bathroom or anything else was still not cleaned. Went to front desk to discuss this issue and she said sorry she was not able to do anything for us or compensate.”
