“Room in need of updating. Was disappointed with how drab it was. Most of the staff was very nice. One young man, I believe his name was Isaiah or Isaac was short in his manner. We found him to be rude. I won't stay at that facility again because of him. Since I witnessed him being short with another patron I figured it must be his normal manner and that they kept him on staff because they were desperate for staff.”

“The king room was large and spacious; the room with two queen beds was also more than adequate. The bathrooms were compact (as I would expect) but clean and I liked the shower. I also liked the extra basin set in the area between the bedroom and bathroom, which meant that things like making coffee and cleaning teeth could be done even if someone was using the bathroom. Breakfast was from a very early 5.30 - I don't know if that was because it was the morning of the eclipse or was standard but, either way, it was appreciated. Our views were car parks but I didn't expect anything else and we weren't there for the view. Reception staff were polite and efficient.”
