What guests loved the most

“it is a wonderfull location. Sovata is nice we did do a trip on the forest”

, Romania

“The bedroom was comfortable and well furnished and the salt water pool was very relaxing. The areas is beautiful with many pleasant walking trails around the small lake nearby.”

, Cyprus

“Take a room with a view to the lake; it's really nice! And you get a coffee/tea making machine in your room, which is unusual in Romanian hotels. The spa is fabulous, at least according to the local standards”

, Romania

“Good room size, very clean, rich breakfast and great location as well.”

, United Kingdom

“The spa is great, with large indoor pools & saunas. Totally recommend.”

, Romania

“the room and view of the lake, the parking, as well as the convenience of direct access to the spa, were all excellent.”

, Israel

“This hotel is located in a beautiful area. The reception area is very comfortable and welcoming. The bedrooms are excellent very comfortable and spacious. The spa area is very good, with two salt water pools and four normal pools. It also has sauna and steam room. Excellent variety of treatments, massages, facials, manicures, cleopatra milk and honey baths and others. ”

, Ireland

“We had a flawless, absolutely pleasant stay regardless of bad weather. The staff were super kind and empowered to make decisions, I would especially highlight the staff at the restaurant. Such welcoming attitude and customer care level I have experienced only in Asia. Wifi was good, I could easily watch Netflix. The lake view from the suit was breathtaking. The wellnes facilities are great, you can even experience the salty water of the lake and float on it...”

, Hungary

“This was a Spa experience. As such and particularly since we were off-season, it was fantastic to enjoy the uncrowded Spa. We would not choose to visit during the season which is from mid June to end September. This is when the lake is accessible and when hundreds of bodies come for a float in the unique warm waters. We had a 5th floor room with view of the lake. This was both very comfortable, as probably all rooms, and delightful to enjoy the view.”

, Israel

“Recently renovated hotel with calm and stylish ambiente, intimately furnished cozy rooms, comfortable beds. Splendid hillside location in proximity to the resort center. Panoramic lake view or sublime forest view. Helpful, friendly staff. Ample bathrooms alternately either with bathtub or with douche. Rich breakfast buffet (especially compared to the rather poor choice in other members of the same Danubius Hotels Group in Hungary), live music for dinner buffet, both international and local specialties. Easy underground access to the splendid two-level spa area. (Some of the basins filled with salt and muddy healing water directly pumped up from Bear Lake are especially worthy of note!) Good and cheap parking facility, however, for a limited number of cars: that may cause some difficulties in crowded periods.”
