“As hospitaliers ourselves, we loved everything with this hotel! We are very picky about the accommodation we pick, but everything with this property from being greeted at arrival to check-out was superb! We got plenty of complimentary water bottles, we got two cribs free of charge for the little ones and we got everything else we requested for without hesitation. The concierge is helpful and totally at your service. The facilities of the hotel like the pool is great and the views of Burj Khalifa from the pool area and our balcony was totally amazing! Their is even childrenroom and children playground. This hotel was totally worth every penny! Excellent management and staff!”

“The view to the burj was exquisite. Some days we just sit on the massive balcony and listen to the ambiance of downtown, which is breathtaking. That's why paying a little extra for that view is highly recommended.”

“From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, everyone we encountered from the doormen, reception to the room service went above and beyond, always genuinely smiling and helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious with everything we needed and more. At checkout we asked if we could purchase their robes, although this was not a normal request they asked for my address to contact me and I feel if they can the will. We have stayed in many accommodations around the world (airbnbs and motels/hotels) This was one of the best. The roses given on departure were the icing on the cake. We will definatley return to Dubia and stay here.”

“The staff were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our family’s stay comfortable and special. We were celebrating our parent’s anniversary and Thanksgiving as a family of 10. They helped us with extra dishes, cutlery, tables, etc. plus the restaurant baked our turkey with care for us so that we could use our apartment oven for the side dishes. They also brought us a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a delicious cake. We were beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail of the manager and staff. The view from the apartment was better than I ever could have imagined! The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. There’s restaurants and shops in walking distance from the property. The valet, cleaning, restaurant, and reception staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you to Recep and his team for a fabulous stay!!”

“The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel and the apartment in which we stayed was very well equipped, clean and with amazing view to Burj Halifa. The hotel is not more than 10-15 minutes walk to Dubai mall and the constructions are not problem for walking to there.”
