“Nice views of the lake. Fairly quiet property, good for retreating from the noise and crowds of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. Local ambience and cuisine. Our 2nd floor corner room was large and had great views. Nicely furnished room (natural wood and stone) with a large bathtub in the middle of bathroom. Lobby sitting area is large and nice and the outdoor deck is a great place to eat or just relax. On Sunday night they had an area beside the deck where they had a small bonfire and refreshments... nice touch!”
“the location- just face to the erhai lake. I saw that amazing sun rise everyday !!!!! the staff- my friend got a upset stomach in the first evening then the staff drive us to the hospital even it was 4am in the morning! the fruit wine - I had a lot of this sweet wine during my stay. LoL”

“酒店设施非常新，够得上五星，管理非常人性，设施大酒店，管理如家庭，每天早上，看到阿姨和员工在认真的打扫大堂的每一处地方。尤其厨房阿姨做的菜又好吃又便宜，非常非常推荐！！干净卫生！酒店环境，虽然在村子里，但安静，舒适，洱海边，美！所在的村子很富有。 只要导航很容易到达，但村子里的路因为停车，有点窄，大车需要技术，小车没问题。酒店也有电瓶车可以接送客人到村口，非常方便。还提供一次免费的接送机服务。酒店员工没有很多，但服务很到位，虽然职业化还需培训，但非常人性，热情，就好比在家里一样。酒店老板，是位有思想，温暖的大叔，在大理有任何问题都可以问他，喜欢交朋友，酒店的店长是个小姑娘，但是很职业，温馨，酒店有个白族小伙子，小赵，我一直和他联系的，小伙子就和你的朋友一样，非常热情而且有意思，自己爱照相，做视频；酒店也有合作的高端车队，管理严谨，非常推荐，以后去大理，还是会选择这里。”
“一进入大堂，洱海热情的阳光就透过大大的落地窗洒了满地；角落里放置的茶具安静的等待着它的客人们，老板配好的古树红茶散发着淡淡的清香；三三两两的客人或是结伴而来或是在此相识，在舒适的沙发里静静的谈天；书架上放置的中外著作都为入住的客人增添一份假日中的选择。老板是个非常热心的人，聊到大理的种种都从内到外洋溢着自豪。房间都是面朝洱海的阳光房，舒适的大床，通透的房间，卫生间与洗浴间是分开的，两个功能区域互不干扰。入夜泡上一杯茶，点上精油，舒适的泡个热水澡，缓解生活中的各种压力。无论是早饭或是午饭都有丰富的选择，每个服务人员都非常热情朴实。老板会尽力满足每一位客人的需求，就像回家般的感觉。酒店的接机英师傅人也很好，车技一流，人也实在。”
“一线洱海景色，环境非常棒。地理位置有些偏僻，员工服务不错，跟店长大叔一直强调家一样的概念有关。没有生硬客套就像是住到一个很照顾人的朋友家一样。给店长的经营模式点一个大大的赞，店长不仅经营得很好，而且是一个很热情健谈有丰富阅历的大叔。坐在大堂里店长泡上一杯茶能愉快的聊上一个下午！早餐不错，还会送上水果，硬件设施一流，高端会所级别的酒店！”
“员工都非常棒。入住水果，睡前热牛奶。带了小朋友过去，吃饭的时候还会帮我逗孩子抱孩子。饭菜和包含的早晨都味道不错，有当地特色，实惠。酒店环境很好，每天清晨醒来就看到雾气蒙蒙的洱海，太美了。”
