What guests loved the most
“First room i was put in had another persons hairs on the bed linen and shower tiles, brown smears on the shower tiles, dirty toilet, carpet not hoovered and gritty pieces and toenails on the floor bedside the bed. Had to push staff for another room. Used towels that were put in the bath were folded back up/dirty cups not washed, toilet not cleaned. Reported this to reception every day but nothing done, only way i got clean towels was to take my used towels to reception. Manager was suposed to get back to me but did’nt and when I sent an e-mail marked as private and confidential for the owner on the hotel customer services e-mail address, the manager opened it, not passing it onto the owner and started sending me agressively worded e-mails outwith her working hours - booked to stay to for 6 days and on leaving I’ve still not had an apology. Do not stay at this hotel. I would never recommened it despite the closeness to the city centre.”

“Liked the staff and, that the tea and coffee facilities had more than two sachets of each. Single room was ideal for my purposes as I was out most of the days. Nice dining room. Helpful staff, liked I could leave stuff and check in later, when I arrived early”
