“Our original room I reserved on booking.com smelled like cigarette smoke. Not good for myself and two young children. The front desk staff was prompt and friendly to get us a different room. That room suited our needs much better! Breakfast was delightful! Everything I expected! Room was spacious and quiet! Did not hear any other families! Bed was fantastic! The best night sleep I have had in a long time! Pool and hot tub were great! Easy layout of hotel and amenities. Good outdoor access to parking lot.”
