“Bed/pillows were very comfortable. Location is excellent with about 4 blocks to the stadium. Parking on site and discounted for hotel guests. Lots of outlets to plug in devices.”
“Took over an hour to get a room past our check in time. Housekeeping tried to get into the room at approx. 8am and they gave our room to another couple who tried to check in at 915am. Keep in mind we had the room till noon. I called to complain and they said they would refund half the cost of the room. When we checked out we ended up having to pay 44.00 to park (suppose to be 14.00) since they never gave us our voucher to get out. They took down our ticket number and told us we should be fine. We received a invoice online and they ended up charging us 401.00 instead of refunding us for half the cost of the room. We should have only been charged 170.00. After several calls and complaints they refunded the entire amount of the hotel stay but not the cost of parking. ”
