We waited so long for him we left the restaurant and sourced dinner else where - tried room service from our room it just rang and rang. Tried to call reception for assistance - no answer. Upon checking out in the morning reception didn't even ask how our stay was...?”
“The staff were really friendly, "can do" mentality. It is £8 taxi journey from the airport. I thought the Chinese at the restaurant was great, but I nearly died when I realised I had spent £50 on a meal for myself (I only had two large glasses of wine) !”

“nice pool at the property next door. bring a towel from the hotel, caps not required. Bus stop right outside the premises. 82 or 86 to city center, get the value saver ticket. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and biscuits in the room. Iron is a steam iron(great). nice beds. Shopping centre across the way which has pizza hut and mac donalds and a m&s-handy”
